PAYMENT

You will be asked to complete a method of payment whilst completing the online conference registration or conference papers purchase form. Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day. Payments made by cheque should be made payable to IIR Ltd, with the conference code I4S47 written on the back. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please tell your bank to include the IIR conference code I4S47 and the delegate’s surname in the transfer instructions. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive the account details from our customer services team shortly after you have registered for the conference. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Confirm your CANCELLATION in writing (letter or fax) before 09/04/2012 and receive a refund less a 50% + VAT service charge. Regrettably no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the conference. A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contact is subject to English law.
